Most schools and universities don't offer training in critical thinking on a regular basis. Even those employers that do provide training often only offer it to their own employees, in spite of the fact that most people consider critical thinking to be an important skill in a successful employee. Many employers don't think this is necessary.

But for many employees, critical thinking is indeed a key skill that will allow them to make more money, save time and better their overall quality of life.
